Three evenings a week, by video.

Evening track

Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5:30 to 8:30 PM Pacific, which is 8:30 to 11:30 PM Eastern
Format: two-hour IOP group, then a one-hour process group
Weekly: 9 group hours plus one individual session with a licensed clinician

If evenings do not fit

Morning track: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, which is 1:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern
Morning track is also 9 group hours a week
Afternoon groups: by arrangement at intake
Both tracks run entirely by secure video

What the program is.

Level of care

Intensive outpatient, ASAM 2.1. Outpatient, ASAM 1.0, and ambulatory withdrawal management are also available.

Delivery

Secure video, from a private room. No site to travel to.

Individual therapy

One session a week with a licensed clinician, on top of the group hours.

Substance use treatment

For people in California. DHCS certification 191663AP.

Mental health care

For members in California, New York and New Jersey.

Accreditation

Joint Commission accredited for telehealth, HCO 750994.

Insurance

Job, union and self-bought PPO plans. Out of network with all commercial carriers. Medicaid and Medicare are not eligible for this program.

What time does evening IOP meet?

Can I keep working full time?

The evening track sits after a standard workday, and sessions run by secure video from a private room, so there is no travel in the week. If evenings do not fit, the morning track runs Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific, and afternoon groups are arranged at intake.

Does my employer find out?

No information goes to an employer without written consent. Substance use records are protected under 42 CFR Part 2.

What does it cost?

We are out of network with all commercial carriers and work with job, union and self-bought PPO plans. The benefit check is free, by phone, usually the same business day, and you get the number before the first appointment. Medicaid and Medicare are not eligible for this program.
