Evening virtual treatmentReal treatment, after work.
A virtual intensive outpatient program with evening cohorts built for working adults. Most PPO plans verified before you commit. Same-day benefit check.
The 9 AM IOP does not fit working adults. The 7 PM IOP does.
Most intensive outpatient programs are built around morning hours, when most working adults are at work. The program is built around when you are actually available, with clinicians who keep evening hours and a schedule that respects that you have a day job.
What a week looks like in the evening cohort.
Monday
Group, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM by secure video. Skills-based, evidence-based, clinician-led.
Wednesday
Group, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Different focus than Monday, same cohort, same clinicians.
Friday
Group, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Process and review the week, plan for the weekend.
One day, your choice
A single 50-minute individual therapy session per week, scheduled around your work day.
Total weekly clinical hours: roughly 10. Designed to fit a full-time job, not replace one.
The honest answers.
What time do groups meet?
6:30 PM to 9:30 PM Pacific, three nights a week. Times for other time zones are adjusted within the same evening window.
How many evenings per week?
Three group evenings plus one individual therapy session, total of four contact points per week during the intensive outpatient phase. Maintenance phase is less intensive.
Can I do a hybrid week?
For most patients, three evenings of group is the structure. We can flex around specific work obligations (a regional travel week, a kid's surgery) with advance notice.
What if I travel for work?
You attend from a hotel. Secure video, headphones, a closed door. Many of our patients travel.
Can I attend from a hotel?
Yes. Secure video works from anywhere with reasonable bandwidth.
Can I attend from a job site?
Depending on the site. A private vehicle (parked, not while driving) works. A trailer office works. A communal break room is harder because the calls need privacy. We work with you on the logistics.
What about weekends?
The intensive outpatient phase runs weekday evenings, not weekends. Family programming sometimes runs on Saturdays, optional.
What if I work nights?
That is the harder case. We have day and afternoon cohorts as well, and we can structure attendance around an alternating shift. Tell us your actual schedule at intake.
