For working parents

Get real help without leaving home, work, or the kids.

Virtual intensive outpatient treatment for working parents who cannot disappear for a month. Evenings, weekends, around your schedule. Most PPO plans verified before you commit.

Where we stand

The 28-day version does not work for working parents. The 7 PM version does.

You cannot leave for 28 days. Your kids need you here, your job needs you here, and the bills do not stop. The program is built around that reality, with evening and weekend cohorts, clinical care delivered by secure video, and a team that handles the logistics so you can focus on getting better.

A sample week

What it looks like to be in the program while still being a parent.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Group, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM by secure video. After dinner, after homework, after the kids are settling. You log in from the kitchen, your room, your car if you have to.

Tuesday or Thursday

One individual therapy session, scheduled around your week. Often during a lunch break, sometimes after the kids are in bed.

Optional Saturday

One Saturday family programming session per month, if you want it. The kids do not have to know what it is for. You can call it a meeting.

The rest of your week

You work. You parent. You sleep. The program is designed to be additive, not a replacement of your life.

Questions working parents ask first

The honest answers.

Will my kids see?

Not unless you choose to show them. Most parents attend group from a room with a door closed. Headphones, video on, audio off. We do not require you to be in a particular room or with a particular setup.

Can I attend after they go to bed?

Yes. Evening cohorts run starting at 6:30 PM so most younger kids are in bed or being supervised by your partner. Older kids will not know what the call is about.

Will my spouse have to attend with me?

No, not unless you both want to. The family programming is optional and you can attend the rest of the program independently.

Is the program confidential from my employer?

Yes. By federal law (42 CFR Part 2), we do not contact your employer without your written permission. The fact that you are a patient is itself protected information.

What if I have to step away to handle a kid?

It happens. Stepping away from a single group session to handle a child is not a problem. Habitual no-shows or untreated chaos is a problem we will work with you on, not punish you for.

What about school pickup time?

The program runs after school pickup. Pickup is in the late afternoon. Group is in the evening. We designed it for the gap.

What if my work travels me?

You attend from a hotel. You attend from a job site. Secure video is secure video. We have patients who attend from across time zones for a stretch.

Will using my insurance affect my kids' coverage?

No. Using behavioral health benefits for one family member does not change anyone else's coverage. The EOB goes to the policyholder, not the kids.

The next step

A two-minute benefit check. No commitment.
