Get startedIt takes about two minutes.
Whether it’s for you, a family member, or a patient you’re referring, we verify the benefits, tell you the cost, and do a quick clinical screen to confirm the right level of care. No commitment until you decide.
Tell us a little. We’ll take it from there.
For you, for someone you love, or for a patient you’re referring. Share what’s useful and we’ll follow up, usually the same day, to run the benefit check and set up a short clinical screen. Nothing is committed until you decide.
- Confidential. SUD treatment records are protected under 42 CFR Part 2.
- If we’re not the right level of care, we help you find who is.

admin@shiftsupportnetwork.comBenefit check, clinical screen, then a start date.
1. Benefit check
We verify your specific plan and tell you, in plain English, what you would owe before you commit. Same day.
2. Clinical screen
A short conversation with a clinician confirms the right level of care. If we’re not the right fit, we help you find who is.
3. Start date
Morning, afternoon, or evening cohort. Next-business-day intake on most cases. All telehealth.
Ready when you are.
Call, book a time, or email. We’ll handle the benefits and the screen, and you’ll know the cost and the right level of care before anything is committed.
If you or someone you’re with is in immediate danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Shift Support Network is an outpatient program and is not an emergency service.
