What we do

Substance use and co-occurring mental health, treated together, by one team, from home.

We deliver IOP and PHP-intensity hour expansion as hybrid care: most sessions virtual, with in-person intensives in California when the work calls for that level of structure. Individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, family programming, and the documentation courts and employers ask for. One team, one record, substance use and mental health treated together so the recovery is steady and the rest of life keeps moving.

What’s included

  • ASAM-aligned biopsychosocial assessment
  • Individual and group therapy (CBT, DBT, MET/MI, trauma-informed)
  • Medication-assisted treatment: buprenorphine, naltrexone, Vivitrol, acamprosate; OTP coordination for methadone
  • Family programming and a couples track
  • Court-ready attendance and clinical progress reporting
  • 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality throughout

What we treat

  • Alcohol, opioid, stimulant, and polysubstance use disorders
  • Co-occurring depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, and other mental health conditions
  • Step-down from inpatient detox or residential treatment
  • Step-up from outpatient therapy that isn’t enough on its own
  • Court-involved and probation cases

Ambulatory Withdrawal Management, low-risk withdrawal

Not residential, not inpatient detox, not medically managed withdrawal. If you need a higher level of care, we’ll tell you and help arrange it.

A typical week

Structured days, on a schedule that fits a working life.

PHP-intensity runs more hours per day; IOP runs fewer. Both are weekday cohorts on a morning, afternoon, or evening track, so you can build treatment around work, childcare, school, or a shift schedule rather than the other way around.

See whether Shift is the right level of care.

A 2-minute benefit check and a short clinical screen will confirm whether outpatient, IOP, PHP-intensity, or ambulatory withdrawal management is the right fit. If it isn’t, we’ll help you find who is.
