DUI / OWI support

DUI alcohol treatment that meets court and SAP requirements.

A virtual intensive outpatient program fully documented for your attorney, your evaluator, and your employer's SAP. Fast intake. Evening cohorts. Most PPO plans verified before you commit.

Where we stand

You have a deadline. The program is built for that.

If you are working with an attorney, an evaluator, or a SAP after a DUI, time matters. The program is built around fast intake (typically the same or next business day), documented attendance and progress, evening hours so you keep your job, and direct coordination with your attorney and your evaluator (with your written consent).

What we coordinate with

The people on your side of this, supported.

Your attorney

With your written consent, we communicate directly with your attorney about treatment progress and clinical recommendations. Attendance reports, progress letters, and assessment summaries in the format the court expects.

Your evaluator

State-specific DUI alcohol evaluators set the treatment recommendation. We do not override the evaluator's recommendation. We meet it.

Your SAP (if DOT-regulated)

A Substance Abuse Professional under 49 CFR Part 40 sets the return-to-duty plan. We work with your SAP, not around them. See our DOT SAP page for the specifics.

The court

Where the court requires documented completion or progress, we provide it on the schedule the court sets. We do not bill for documentation.

Questions DUI patients ask first

The honest answers.

Will you talk to my attorney?

Yes, with your written consent. We respond to attorney inquiries within one business day. Progress letters, attendance reports, and assessment summaries in the format the court expects.

Will you talk to my SAP?

Yes, with your written consent. We coordinate with the SAP throughout the program. The SAP's recommendation drives our admission decision.

Does this meet court requirements?

Court requirements vary by state and by court. Our intensive outpatient program meets the documented requirements of most courts that allow virtual programs as an option. If your court has not specifically approved virtual, we provide the documentation you need to make the case.

How fast can I start?

Typically same or next business day for the clinical assessment, and within the same business week for program start. If you have a hard deadline, tell us at intake.

Will I get a certificate of completion?

Yes. We provide a certificate of completion at the end of the program, plus interim attendance reports along the way.

What about second-offense protocol?

Second-offense and subsequent-offense protocols are state-specific. The treatment recommendation typically increases in duration. We work to the recommendation.

What about return-to-duty?

If you are DOT-regulated, return-to-duty is a separate process under 49 CFR Part 40, coordinated by your SAP. See our DOT SAP page.

Can I do this from work travel?

Yes, secure video works from a hotel, a job site, or a parked vehicle (not while driving). We have patients who attend from multiple locations across the program.

The next step

A two-minute benefit check. No commitment.
