By using shiftsupportnetwork.com, you agree to these terms. The terms govern the website. Your treatment relationship with Shift Support Network, once you become a patient, is governed by your separate patient agreement and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this website is and is not.
The content on this website is informational. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for a clinical assessment by a licensed clinician. If you have a medical or behavioral health concern, please consult with a licensed clinician. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988, or call 911.
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a clinician-patient relationship. The relationship begins only after a clinical assessment is completed and admission is documented.
What we can and cannot promise.
We provide evidence-based care delivered by licensed clinicians under California Department of Health Care Services licensure (DHCS Certification 191663AP). Our scope is ASAM Level 1.0 outpatient services, ASAM Level 2.1 intensive outpatient, and ambulatory withdrawal management for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health.
We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes, completion rates, or any particular result. Recovery is an individual process and the outcome depends on many factors including the patient's engagement, the clinical fit, co-occurring conditions, and circumstances outside our control. Statements on this website about typical experiences or program features are descriptive, not promises.
What our cost claims mean.
We are currently out-of-network with all commercial insurance carriers. In-network credentialing is in progress. Statements about insurance coverage are general descriptions. Your specific coverage depends on your specific plan, your remaining deductible, your plan's allowed amount, and your plan's behavioral health benefit terms. We will verify your benefits at no charge before admission and provide a written estimate of your share of the cost.
Our verification of benefits is based on information provided by your insurance plan at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of payment. Your plan may deny coverage based on medical necessity, prior authorization, or other plan-specific rules.
What you can and cannot do with this content.
