When is Shift the better fit?
If you are a working adult with a PPO plan, substance use is part of the picture, and you need groups after work. Evening groups run Monday to Friday, with optional in-person intensives in California.

No. Shift Support Network is an independent program run by Vanguard Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with Charlie Health.
Can I switch from another IOP to Shift?
Yes. Tell us where you are in treatment on the clinical screen. With your written consent we coordinate with your current clinician so care does not lapse.
How fast can I start?
We check your benefits the same business day. Intake is usually the next business day.
